I AM DEVOTIONAL SERVICEIt is time for the lightworkers to live from their Christ consciousness, their I AM Presence. This service offers the practices and steps needed to spiritually ascend while on earth, and to enter and live completely from the Christ consciousness, achieving full enlightenment. Note: As you call on your I AM Presence, you may feel greatly expanded. It is preferable, if you wish to remain in the physical, to ask your I AM Presence to merge with you rather than rising up to your I AM Presence. Too much rising and experiencing your expanded self may cause you to leave the physical and transition into spirit! As part of my spiritual protection prayers that I re-charge morning, afternoon, and night, I ask that My I AM Presence merge with me constantly, all day and all night long. If you are unfamiliar with God called the I AM Presence, feel free to substitute the name of God that you find comfortable, throughout the service. We stand a great deal during the service. If at any time you need to sit, feel free to do so. MINISTER or leader: WELCOME. This is a service in which all who wish will participate as the highest aspect of self, the I AM THAT I AM. Please, at this time, ask your guides to open your hearts during this entire service. As you speak these decrees, it must be from your heart. ALL: "Dear guides, please open my heart during this entire service." INVOCATION: ALL Rise and speak in unison: Beloved Mighty I AM Presence (and optionally, the following: Beloved Jesus the Christ, Lords of all the rays, the archangels, the angels, the ascended host, all the great ones of heavenly realms, be with me now and forever.) Guide me in magnifying the kingdom of God, as above, so below. Heal and illumine me so that I may serve in my part of the Divine Plan. Hear this prayer from my heart: Our Father, who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth, as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us, And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. MINISTER: I AM lighting a white candle, for purity. The flame represents the Sacred Fire of the I AM Presence. Take a few moments now, and list what you wish to release and rescind on the blank paper provided. You can include all that is disharmonious or of lack in any part of your life: mental, physical, or emotional, financial, relationships, jobs, etc. There is no limit to what you can release and rescind. At the end of your list, fill the void left by the release with it's opposite, or, you can simply fill the void with Divine Love, or Jesus Christ's (or any master's) ascended master consciousness. Write these down. Here's a sample: all darkness within me, all my negative ego, all imperfections, all karma the rest of what is not harmonious in your life I AM filling the void with Divine Light, perfection, and Jesus Christ's ascended master consciousness, abundance, and financial, physical and emotional well-being. Take a couple of minutes to write your list. List only priorities now; at home, if you wish, you can list pages! You will use your list in the middle of the following decree. BENEDICTION: All rise and speak in unison, from your hearts: Beloved Mighty I AM Presence, guide me strongly in the days to come, as I go forth to do Thy will. Please bless me and bless all whom I contact. Let Your love pour forth through my heart, my eyes, my touch and my energy in every moment. Let Your wisdom pour through my every thought and word. May every action of mine be something beautiful for You. May I express more and more of You every day. And so it is. If anyone has an announcement, this is the time for it. Brochures, flyers, and business cards may be placed on the table for all to take if they wish. The service is preceded by an hour of meditation and healing.
HEALING When the healing stool is free, come forward and sit down. Just relax. God and the healers, in spirit and in the physical, will do their part. If you wish to enhance your healing, do the following, although you do not have to. While you are waiting to come forward to the healing stool, think of the healing you wish in any area of your life, mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, relationships, finances, anything. Say a silent prayer to God, your I AM Presence, for the healing you wish. You can also include healing requests for others in your prayer.
Added Sept. 8, 1999Here is a wonderful self-healing prayer. It is repetitive, and the longer you do it, the more powerfully it works. Doing it for a minute is good, for five minutes really good. I suggest saying first, "I am opening my heart through this entire healing process." The word ‘bodies’ refers to the emotional body, mental body, etheric body, etc. If you are unfamiliar with these intertwining bodies, you can substitue ‘my body’ or ‘every particle of my being.’ I will use an example of a person with aching joints. Notice that we only refer to the perfection of divinity, not to the pain in the joints. Substitute any condition that you need healed instead of the joint pain. A prayer can be said prior to this, asking for relief from pain and healing from all conditions that is God’s will. I know that the divinity in my heart is perfection. I feel the divinity in my heart flowing through all of my bodies. I love that divinity in my heart. It’s perfection is flowing throughout me, and I know that perfection is flowing through my joints now. I am in appreciation for that divine perfection flowing through my joints. Oh, how lovely is that divine love in my heart. I feel it flowing throughout every particle of my being, and I am in appreciation of the perfection of divine energy flowing through my joints. Thank you, God, for the divine perfection flowing through my joints. Thank you, God, for the divinity in my heart, and thank you for its perfection flowing through me, and through my joints. Etc., etc., the longer the better.MEDITATION There are many ways of stilling the mind. Here is one I like for it's simplicity and effectiveness. The first step in quieting your mind is to breathe slowly, at about half your normal speed. First breathe deeply into your abdomen. Then bring that air into your heart space. Then hold your breath. Exhale slowly. Do this for about a minute. Next you are going to count rhythmically as you breathe and hold your breath. First, count one, two, three four as you inhale. Then count to four as you hold your breath. Again, count to four as you exhale. Finally, count to four as you hold your breath again. Do this exercise twice. Then count to six rhythmically, as above, for two sets. Next increase your count to eight for two sets, then ten for two sets. Your breathing should now be very slow and deep. You are now most likely touching into stillness, also called the "alpha state." If you feel you need to, you can increase the number of times you repeat each set until you find what works best for you. Decide ahead of time that when you reach stillness, you will stay there. Strive to stay quiet for about a minute at first. If your mind begins to chatter, think of God, and breathe again.
1. Releasing and Rescinding of negativity and karma, all darkness within, negative ego and imperfections; an ongoing discipline. I also add to my spiritual prayer list, that my I AM Presence constantly take these from me. And whenever I notice myself coming from my negative ego, I ask my I AM Presence to take it from me right then. 2. Balancing of karma and spiritual ascension. 3. Ask your I AM Presence for first three blessings when the time is right for you. They will lead to you healing those around you just by your presence, and finally, becoming Christed, or fully enlightened. 4. Relinquishing the lower self and living to do the will of the I AM Presence.

Of prime importance for aiding your ascension are the preliminary exercises on pages 52-55, and the ascension techniques to gain more light in your spiritual body for your daily practices, pages 279-285. STRONGLY SUGGESTED DAILY PRACTICES: 1. daily prayers and protections (see below) 2. violet flame decrees, three per day 3. ask for more spiritual light (ask Archangel Metatron or use the various ways from the Complete Ascension Manual, pages 279-285.) 4. releasing and rescinding (see sample below) weekly, more frequently as desired. 5. learn to re-charge decrees and prayers as shortcut to long spiritual practices. You do this by giving your decrees and prayers a name, and then ask your I AM Presence to re-charge them. This is knowledge from the I AM Discourses. FOLLOW YOUR HEART!!! Follow your path. There are NO "shoulds." You may need none of this. You may suddenly be opened by spirit and taught what you need to do by an ascended master. There are many variations of reaching the Christ consciousness. But if you wish to make efforts that specifically will lead directly to your approaching and entering your Christ consciousness, do the steps above. This is spiritual work and discipline; it will be effective. These are the necessary steps, this has been confirmed both by Ashtar, an ascended master, and one who is fully in her Christ consciousness. THE I AM PRESENCE. This is the most powerful way to call God. You are much more than the personality that you know yourself to be in this third dimensional world. You actually are a powerful, multi-dimensional being. The very highest aspect of yourself is your individualized I AM Presence, located above your Holy Christ self (sometimes called your higher consciousness). When you speak decrees, you invoke your I AM Presence, and you are speaking from your highest aspect, your I AM Presence, rather than your lower self. If you are not comfortable calling God your I AM Presence, substitute the name of God that you are most comfortable using. However, that will diminish the power of your statements tremendously. I was cautious about invoking this great power. I studied the I AM DISCOURCES, using the decrees just as they were given by the masters until I gained confidence in creating my own decrees. Needless to say, tremendous negative karma is accrued due to any misuse of this power. That is why I always include, "if it is my I AM Presence's wisdom" when I create decrees. Decrees when spoken alone are 10,000 times more powerful than prayer. When spoken in unison in a group, that power increased geometrically. This offers a tremendous power for good, as people come together to offer these decrees together. RELEASING AND RESCINDING: This is a gift given to us to overcome all negativity and karma, so that we can spiritually ascend, and enter into our Christ consciousness. I suggest always including the list at the top of the sample every time you release and rescind, and then add any negativity that exists in your life as well. It is fine to release your karma instead of living it. As you grow in the spiritual light and energy within you, you will do the earth and mankind great service. Your work will make it easier for those next doing what you did. SAMPLE RELEASING AND RESCINDING DECREE: 1. I light a white candle, for purity. The flame represents the Sacred Fire of the I AM Presence. 2. On a separate piece of paper, I make my list of what I wish to release and rescind. It can vary from one item to pages and pages. Include all that is disharmonious or of lack in any part of your life: mental, physical, or emotional, financial, relationships, jobs, etc. There is no limit to what you can release and rescind. At the side of your list, fill the void left by the release with it's opposite, or, you can simply fill the void with Divine Love, or Jesus Christ's (or any master) ascended master consciousness. Write these down. 3. I speak the following decree and my current list out loud: Please open my heart during this entire process. Beloved Mighty I AM Presence, as the I AM THAT I AM, I AM releasing and rescinding every vow, contract, and agreement I have ever made in this lifetime or any other lifetime, or in between lives, regarding all known or unknown on this list: all darkness within me, all my negative ego, all imperfections, all karma the rest of my current list I AM filling the void with Divine Light, perfection, and Jesus Christ's ascended master consciousness. And so it is. Almighty I AM (repeat 3 times). 4. I place the list under the candle. I leave the candle lit (only when I am home), and place the list under it. I let the candle burn for a couple of hours or more. 5. I end the ceremony by taking the list, reading the decree and the list again. I then burn the list. At home I hold the list with tongs, and burn it over my kitchen sink. A fireplace is a great place, if you have one. Outdoors, I put it in a barbeque grill or campfire. 6. I blow out the candle, saying, "I AM releasing the Sacred Fire to the Universal." DAILY PRAYERS AND PROTECTIONS It is important for all to surround themselves with the white light of Christ, and a mirrored shield, reflecting all negativity back to the sender. Added Sept. 8, 1999After years of using those spiritual protections, and needing to stay patient with the constant repetition and interruption of my activities to put them in place, I am able to do something more simple. I do not use any protections at all. I just affirm, "I AM Love, I AM Service, wherever I AM, I AM safe and all is well. If I feel any negativity, I say, I AM sending all negativity in any particle of my being into Mother Earth. I focus on the love in my heart, and focus on sending it into every particle of my being. I am thereby thinking of what is going out from me, not what is coming into me. At various times in the day I look at my feet, and become aware of my connection to the Earth.
